Haven't been updating for a while since I've been busy these days. So far this is just one of the latest work I've done so far. Might take a while to finish though.

Practice artwork

Trying to practice more on colouring digitally especially on the face and hair. And tried playing more with texture in photoshop as well.

Done in Paint Tool SAI, Photoshop CS4 and Wacom Bamboo.

I made 2 versions of Cinderella. I'm not sure which one looks better though. The only difference is the time.

Alice in Wonderland Artwork progress

Work progress of Alice in Wonderland.



Sketched out the main character first since originally I had no idea how I planned to start the overall. For me it's always good to start off with something (anything) and take it from there.





Started to get the overall idea slowly and do some quick rough sketch on how I plan to place my character in the artwork.





Start to form my characters in place.





Originally I had not thought of putting a dormouse in the scene however my friend had been asking me to put it in so there it is next to the white rabbit.





Start to do some cross hatching on the artwork.









Fix certain parts that I didn't like. Particularly Alice's face as she doesn't seem appealing after a bit of makeover.





Scanned the artwork and adjust the brightness/contrast/level.





Edited in photoshop together with some old paper texture that I've found on Google. Do a bit of colour changes in different layer and finally came out with the final results.

Name Card

Trying to make my own name card since my old one many years ago wasn't really good.
Not sure if this is good but it's better compared to my old name card version. Might print this and send it together with my artwork to Drawgasmic tomorrow.

Random artwork for today

Supposed to be based on "Beauty and the Beast". However I don't think it looks that way though.

Few weeks back I've been invited to participate in a exhibition and book project by Drawgasmic.

It took me a few days to think about it before I decided to join the exhibition. I've drew a few versions and thumbnails of works that I wanted to draw for the exhibition however I settle to draw something without planning anything at all.

This is the results and probably the work that I might be publishing for the exhibition.





I'm still deciding on some parts and might edit it a bit more before I print and send it to them. You can check out the few versions that I did on my DeviantArt site here :

Through the Looking Glass

This was coloured based on the book title "Through the Looking Glass". It's not really an Alice in Wonderland thing but the theme is somewhat related to it.

I came up with a few colour version of this however this is the final one which I liked the most. Hope you guys like it as much as I did :) Thanks.
